How will I receive my ticket?
All e-tickets will be sent to the to the email address supplied when booking. Each ticket has a unique QR code which will be scanned before entering the theatre. If you don’t have a smart phone to display your QR code, please print your ticket(s) and bring them with you.
Unfortunately we are unable to send tickets via post.
How soon will I receive my ticket?
You will receive an email with your e-tickets attached within 24 hours of making the booking.
What happens if I have not received my ticket?
If you haven't received your ticket within 24 hours of booking, please get in touch with the Box Office who will be happy to help.
Will I be charged a booking fee?
Each ticket is inclusive of a booking fee. The booking fee applies online, over phone and in person. This fee is non-refundable except in the event of a show cancellation.
Do you have Gift card available at the Marylebone Theatre? Can I buy tickets using a Gift card?
Yes, you can purchase Theatre Tokens Gift cards at the Box Office. You can redeem them at the box office or over the phone calling on 02077237984,
Can I exchange or refund my ticket once I have purchased it?
Once purchased, Marylebone Theatre cannot guarantee to exchange or refund tickets, unless the performance is cancelled. To enquire about exchanging your tickets for an alternative performance date, please contact the Box Office. We are unable to exchange tickets less than 48 hours before a performance. What happens if a performance is cancelled?
Ticket holders may be offered alternative performances subject to availability or a full refund. Please find more about our Terms and conditions here.
Will you refund my travel and accommodation?
MaryleboneTheatre will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers in the event of a cancelled performance.
Are all ticket and booking fees included in the refund?
Ticket fees are not going to be refunded.
I booked through an agent, will I get a refund?
Please contact your point of purchase if your show has been cancelled or postponed for further information.
Where is the theatre?
The theatre is located only 5 minutes away from Baker street station. You can find the theatre on the ground floor of Rudolf Steiner House building in Park Road .
What time with the auditorium open?
The doors to the theatre will open thirty minutes before the performance starts. Please note this may change depending on the performance.
What happens if I am late or need to leave a performance?
Latecomers will only be admitted at the discretion of theatre management staff and at an appropriate moment in the performance.
Re-admission to the auditorium will be at a suitable point during the performance.
Do you have a bar or café at the venue?
Yes, our bar/café serves a selection of hot and cold beverages, including alcohol, and an assortment of snacks. The cafe opens from 10-4pm, Tuesday to Saturday, whilst the Theatre bar opens one hour before a performance as well as during the interval.
We can also cater for private events outside of these hours.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
We request our audience to refrain from bringing food and drinks purchased elsewhere into the theatre.
Do you accept cash at the theatre?
Yes, we accept cash payment at the Box office.

Can I take photos during the show?
Photography and filming is not permitted in the auditorium but you are welcome to take pictures in our foyer.

Can I reserve a seat for my carer or essential companion ?
Yes, you can reserve a seat free of charge for your carer. Both tickets need to be booked via our Box Office directly. Please email access@marylebonetheatre.com or call our Box office on 02077237984.
Can I bring my assistance dog with me inside the theatre?
Yes, assistance dogs are permitted inside the theatre.
Is there any disabled parking space near the theatre?
There is an unreserved disabled parking space on the street opposite the theatre on Park Road.
Do you have Audio Described, BSL or captioned shows?
